The next CAMRAmble takes place on Saturday 27th July and is a Lowdham circular.
Starting from Newark Castle Railway Station at 09.00 hours for Lowdham (trains are not running, but there is a replacement bus service). We then walk through Lambley calling at the Woodlark (no food available but excellent ales) on through Burton Joyce, eat & drink at the Ferryboat Inn at Stoke Bardolf, then along the river to Gunthorpe, calling at the Unicorn before returning to Lowdham – World’s End and Springfield Inn. Approximately 12 miles. There are several return times available between 18.00 and 20.00 hours.
